In all probability it's just water weight. That can fluctuate by a couple of pounds from day to day. I usually only weigh myself once a week, or sometimes every couple of weeks. That way I see progress whenever I get on the scale and I don't drive myself crazy as my weight goes up and down a little.
It's probably muscle. If you're working out regularly with resistance-type exercises, you will end up building muscle. Considering it weighs three times more than fat, your actual weight can be misleading. Pay more attention to your waistline (in inches) than your weight; it'll give you a more accurate representation of fat loss.
Likes Batman, apples, books, chocolate, and has never met a dog that she didn't have to pet. However, she has learned that Jellyfish do not want to be petted. Neither do cacti. And vampires are awesome.
